These Terms govern your use of diamonds2dollars.com and the sale of diamond jewelry to Diamonds2Dollars (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting the form or selling an item to us, you agree to these Terms.
We buy diamonds and diamond jewelry from the public. You submit details and photos, and we provide a valuation and, if we're interested, an offer to purchase.
Any price we quote based on your online submission is an estimate, not a binding offer. It is based solely on the information and photos you provide. Our final offer is confirmed only after our gemologists inspect the item in person. If the item differs from your description, our final offer may change, and you are free to accept or decline it.
Each offer we make is based on the information and documentation you provide and is valid for a limited time (by default, 7 days) unless we state otherwise. Offers are personal to you, are not transferable, and are subject to final confirmation when we inspect the item. We may withdraw or revise an offer if the item differs from its description.
If you accept an offer, we provide a prepaid, insured, overnight shipping label at no cost to you. Please follow the packing instructions we provide. Insurance coverage applies as described at the time we send your label.
After we receive your item, our gemologists in California inspect it and confirm our final offer within 1 business day of delivery. If you decline the final offer for any reason, we will return your item to you and pay the return shipping. Title to the item remains yours until payment is completed.
If you accept our final offer, we pay by Zelle or check, at your choice, after we have received and confirmed the item. Payment timing may vary based on the method selected and verification.
By selling to us, you represent and warrant that:
We may require identification or proof of ownership, and we may decline any transaction at our discretion.
Ownership of the item transfers to us only when payment to you is completed. Until then, the item remains yours.
Submitting the form creates no obligation for you to sell or for us to buy. Either party may decline before a sale is completed.
The website and our service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including our responsibilities for an item in our possession as covered by the applicable shipping insurance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated date.
