If you accept, we send a prepaid, insured, overnight shipping label. Our gemologists confirm the diamond, and we pay you promptly by Zelle or check. If it isn't the right fit, we return it and cover the return shipping.

What affects a diamond's value

• Shape and whether it's natural or lab-grown
• A lab report (GIA, IGI, AGS) — helpful but not required
